Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MCA, M Sc(IT)

- Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in QA/Testing

- Candidate should have experience in manual testing, GUI testing, Functional testing and Load/Performance testing

- Candidate should have experience in writing and execution test cases/test scenarios/test plan

- Good Understanding of SDLC and STLC

- Understanding of Agile Scrum method.

- Good Understanding of Test management tools (TestRail)

- Ability to effectively prioritize assignments as well as unplanned issues.

- Must have knowledge of Defect reporting, defect tracking tools (bugzilla, bug tracker Jira, QC)

- Knowledge of Web based application must. (Hands on product testing is preferable)

- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers

PG: MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
