Job Responsibility:

  • 1 Years experience into BPO.
  • Good in communication.
  • Has worked as a process trainer and product trainer.
  • Should know the tools to save training attrition
  • Should be aware of POWER POINT and excel
  • Prepare Training Calendar and Working plan
  • TNI based Refreshers
  • Tracking Training Effectiveness for NHT and Refreshers for all the Circles
  • Coordinating Calibrations sessions with Client and Internal Quality and Operations team.
  • Have experience in OJT, TTT, TNI, TNA

Candidate Profile:

*Candidate with Good/Exellent Communication in English
*Candidate should have worked as a Process Trainer in *Previous/Current job role on papers.
*Qualification : Graduation
*Should be Confident and Optimistic.
