vii) Utilization,
viii) Absenteeism & NPS
3)Understanding of SLA & TAT Management.
4)Hands on experience of process Improvement Projects.
5)People Management.
6) Incident Management skills.
7)Cross functional coordination skills.
8)Excellent Communication skills.(Hindi & English)
9) 1 Year Experience as Team Leader On Paper Is Mandatory
