Job Description
Screen portfolios, resumes, and job applications and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions. Publish job listings on careers pages, job boards, and social media.
Develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media platforms, online research, etc.
Organizing interviews for the candidate as requested by the client. Informing candidates about the results of their interview.
Responsible for End to End recruitment consulting including Talent Search, Headhunting, Business Development, and client coordination.
1 plus years of experience as a recruiter hiring IT/Engineering talent is a must.
Good knowledge on MS office suites.
