5 days working (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for Asst Mgr / Mgr (HR &Statutory compliances ) for Gurgaon office of the client
The details are as follows-
1)Client - Globa MNC ( 360 Degree Mktg communication company)
2) Location-Gurgaon
3) Position- Mgr ( HR & STATUTORY COMPLIANCES)
4) Qualification- Any
5) Exp- 3- 7 years in similar role

-Frequesnt Travelling.
- Will be required to travel 1-2 times in a month at different locations
- Travelling expenses will be taken care by them ( If near Train 2/3AC and if Far then Flight)
- Need to deal with Blue collar employee & Sud have dealt with Blue collar

Job Profile :
HR & STATUTORY Manager
Purpose of the Role:-
To conduct the end to end operation of people processes for the Product Survey Executives, on behalf of respective partnering agency, so as to ensure continuity and consistency in product survey related communication and information decimation.
Experience and Education Profile:
Post graduate degree/Diploma in HR/IR/ or MSW (Master of Social Welfare), preferably from tier 3 regional colleges
Min 3 to 4 years experience
Should have independently handled large amount of & distributed (around 300+) contingent workforce ensuring the statutory compliance, licensing and return related details
Need to have experience in conducting large scale and quick recruitment processes
Should have familiarity with employment acts, including some state specific rules
Should be conversant with training need identification and assessment of on the job assignments
Need to have a working idea of employee life cycle (including engagement measures)
Need to have an orientation towards listening to people and genuinely engaging with them
Areas of Deliverables: Recruitment, Coordination of Training, Report Back, Statutory Compliance, Employee Engagement, Exit Management, On ground Performance Assessment
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Ensure all sanctioned PSE positions for the respective agency are filled up. He will also need to undertake periodical or need based recruitment drives to ensure the manning continuity: In these recruitment drives his work will include:
o Identifying possible sources (Traditional and Innovative solutions) where the given profile of candidates will be adequately available.
o Conduct selection processes as per the laid guideline and technical support for standardization of the recruitment.
o Do advance planning of sourcing activities estimating the attrition and specific launch/ activity schedules.
o Ensure that the recruitment cost is maintained within the budget.
On boarding
o Complete documentation after recruitment (including necessary verification, extension of offer/appointment letters)
o Initial form filling up for enrolment in the statutory social support schemes like PF, ESI etc.
o Issue of collaterals/uniforms as and when required
o Maintain systems so as to ensure no snag happens in the realm of statutory enrolments
Training
o Ensure that the PSE are quickly trained (within the agreed upon KPI and timelines) and deployed in market.
o Liaise with training agencies and stakeholders to deliver the standard training modules and Need Based trainings.
o Track and monitor the outreach KPIs (no of consumers accessed) and share reports as agreed upon
Performance Management:
o Periodically conduct analysis of performance, (In the defined format)
o Report evaluation scores & plan interventions in consultation with stakeholders,
o Work with stakeholders to articulate performance improvement
Employee Engagement
o Will work as touch point of the Product Survey Executives
o Plan and deliver suitable engagement interventions
o Understand hygiene level issues by conducting regular meetings and resolve/escalate the same
Exit Management
o Conduct exit process including exit interviews, full and final settlement etc. necessary information to statutory bodies
Administration - Conduct audits to ensure statutory compliance adherence
Report Making and Sharing - Monthly (as agreed upon) share location wise reports in given format
Undertake field visits to assess qualitatively and quantitatively the PSE delivery
