Group CFO - South @ Busisol Sourcing India

Job Description

One of the leading Group having interest in Steel Plants, Mines, Manufacturing plants, industrial gases, Banking, Aviation and shipping is looking for Group CFO. Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with minimum experience of 20+ years. He should be handling group of companies in his present assignment. Should be handling group turnover of at least 3000 to 5000 crores. He should have experience in IPO. Should be strong in fund raising. Should have worked in listed companies. Should have good relation with Venture capitalist and PE Funds. Should be able to manage large reportees and should have commanding communication skill. Budgeted CTC for the position is 1.50 crores to 2.00 crores p.a. Position based in Karnataka at their corporate office.
