Job Description: Work towards building a vibrant tech - maker community in alignment with the companys vision. Improve Market reach for the product at various platforms by creating opportunities such as Expos , Awards , PR for the community to showcase its product at different platforms. Engage the members of the maker community by arranging tech events , tech challenges , tours , real - time tech solutions etc. Drive initiatives from concept through execution. Handle queries from the community members on a daily basis. Address the technical and general queries of the community members. Creative iterative projects using the companys products and display it on Social Media to market the product. Conceptualise and implement plans on a regular basis to increase engagement within the community and its members. Provide insights to content creators and editors to improve the appeal of the content to end users. Keep the community members abreast with regular technology news and community achievements. Systematize and document the community processes to derive valuable insights on the behaviour of the community. Define and maintain metrics to measure the impact of community building activities.
