Position and Job Role: Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager/Staff Engineer
Location: Delphix R&D Centre - Noida, India
Responsibilities
Management, career development, and mentorship of development engineers
Technical guidance and advice for software engineers engaged in the design, coding, reviewing, and testing of enterprise software
Drive delivery for our product milestones, continually releasing features and ensuring quality metrics are achieved Designing a test automation strategy for large, complex, cross-functional projects
Defining test processes including required test cases, deliverables, and schedules
Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years leading software engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
