Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for strong developers who are excited about building this next-generation system. They will have the unique opportunity to build a sophisticated high-performance capital markets system using the latest technology stack and best software engineering practices. They will become the members of the core team driving it forward and will have a significant impact on how it s implemented.

Specific Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of the overall experience
• Strong CS fundamentals, core Java, and multithreading are required
• Good software engineering problem-solving skills
• Experience building distributed high-performance, high-availability systems
• Experience with and a strong understanding of capital markets is preferred
• Experience working in a strong agile environment is preferred
• Consults with internal business groups to provide highly advanced application software development services or technical support.
• Consults to IT and business managers on issues, questions, and problems related to his/her area of expertise.
• Accountable for resolving highly complex problems that have an impact on the corporation's ability to conduct business.
• Uses in-depth knowledge of various technologies to establish and influence the implementation of broad-based technology strategy for large IT Divisions.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
