Post-sales Role

• At least 4 yrs or more relevant experience within the Networking domain
• Hands on experience of IOS upgrade of Routers and Switches
• Good understanding of Cisco Cat 2K, 3k, 4k, 6k, 9k series switches & ISR 4k routers
• Good Knowledge of implementing 2-tier/3-tier architecture
• Verification of status and performing basic troubleshooting using basic utilities such as ping, telnet, and SSH, trace-route
• Working knowledge of Routing Protocols like RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, etc
• Working knowledge of Switching protocols & design like VLAN, STP, VTP, CDP, Ether-channel, etc.
• Good understanding of IP-addressing schema & sub-netting for different topologies

Candidate Profile

• Should have good knowledge of configuring/troubleshooting Routing & Switching protocols & Cisco CLI.
• Utilize strong customer interface skills to work closely with customers and create an atmosphere of teamwork.

Good to Have Skills:

Exposure to basic implementation and troubleshooting of Wireless/Security solutions

Education (essential and desired)

Min. CCNA certified/CCNP preferred
