Job Summary
- We are looking for a Manager to lead our Advanced Digital Technology Team. You will implement tools and strategies to drive our Advanced Digital Technology and product strategies aligning to business requirements.
- This role will work with senior management and interdisciplinary teams to drive planning, processes, technology, and people management activities while overseeing the analysis, design, programming, debugging, interoperability and modification of product development life cycle
- The ability to communicate effectively is essential. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement driven culture across teams. If you have solid industry experience, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Advanced Digital Technology team at Digital India Innovation center
- Should have 10 years of relevant AI, API/DevOps, Product Dev, UI/UX experience
- Manages 11-20 members team of Developers across different technology stack
- Working knowledge in all aspects of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle
- Demonstrates strategic and visionary leadership skills through solid communication and collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
- Passionate, customer-champion with proven success in producing innovative products, services and supporting processes directly focused on the improvement of bottom-line results
- Proven skill in understanding market and technology trends, and customer needs and developing product strategy and aligning product plans built directly from customer input
- Define and clearly communicate product roadmaps, KPIs, measures of product success to stakeholders
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with development teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Publish periodic metrics to all key stakeholders
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement driven culture across teams and product life cycle development
Desired Skills
- 10 years of hands-on experience in managing the AI, API/DevOps, product developers
- Working knowledge in all aspects of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle.
- Strong technical knowledge of AI, API/DevOps, Product Development UI/UX
- Well versed with agile methodology
- Excellent communications, conflict management, stakeholder management, problem solving and leadership skills along with the ability to flex with the corporate culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven ability to estimate task duration for all project resources.
- Ability to identify and close issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills.
- Considerable experience in managing and administering projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Should have handled at least 11 - 20 people Sound experience in delivery management.
Qualification
- BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or any other equivalent degree.
