Job Description

Candidate Should Independently Handle the Entire Recruitment Process from Understanding the Requirement, Sourcing, Screening, Target Hunting, and Initial Interviewing to Final Placement.
Searching On Job Portals like Monster, Dice, Indeed, ATS Etc.
Negotiating & Finalizing Rates On per Hour Basis for W2, Corp-Corp Candidates.
Experience Working with Green Card Holder, US Citizens, H1b, EAD and Tn Permit Holders.
Scheduling Interview, Status Reporting. Submitting Consultant Directly to Account Managers.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle
Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
