Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
This position will require a results-oriented engineer to be responsible for executing design drafting on a variety of technical projects and tasks as part of the Hyderabad Engineering Services Team. Interaction with engineers in the United States over the phone and email will be a daily part of the job and requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an entry-level role in which the engineer will be responsible for design drafting in MicroStation and AutoCAD. Adaptability to juggle multiple assignments with deadlines in necessary, and candidate should take pride in the quality of work he or she produces by performing self-check on all engineering deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CAD tools: MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred
- Ability to start a project with little guidance and communicate needs
- Pride in ones work and ability to do self-check on quality
- Strong sense of safety, team spirit and responsibility.
- Computer Environment: Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to handle multiple assignments of varying complexity
- Actively participate as a member of multifunctional project teams executing capital and technical projects from concept to implementation
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for implementation of cross-functional process improvements
- Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Be a team player in a team environment
- Be a self-starter and a self-motivator
- Diploma or BTech or above in Engineering or related field (Mechanical)
