Job Description

The incumbent should be a CA with minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts at Manufacturing Industry especially Listed Company.

Job Title: Senior Manager / DGM - Finance

Reporting To - CFO

Preferable Gender: Male

Age Limit: 27 - 42

Language: Tamil (Speaking or Understanding is must)

Maximum CTC Budget: 15 Lakh

Note: CA Qualification is must for this position.

Job Description:

• Lead entire gamut of Finance such as Financial Accounting, Budgeting & MIS, Internal Control, Corporate finance and Fund Management, Working Capital Management, Taxation and other statutory compliance, collaborate with Audit assurance teams and Board management.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in a systematic manner and as per legal and tax requirement.
• Drive annual budget in alignment with the strategic business plans of the company.
• MIS Management.
• Coordinate with Audit teams for financial closures / tax / cost audits compliances.
• Financial Analysis.
• Taxation / Labour law / Other statutes related compliances.
• To review cash flow forecasting and fund raising with stakeholders.
• Review the corporate policies relating to working capital.
• To strength treasury strategies.
• Collaborate with bankers to raise credit lines at optimal costs.
