Eligibility criteria of candidates

Experience

• 2 Years - 5 Years' experience in Server Support or Technical Support or System Administration

Essential

• Good understanding of basic Cloud Services Models
• Good knowledge on Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting
• Good knowledge on Unix/Linux Server OS
• Good understanding of Web technology, basic networking & hardware knowledge, and software applications.
• Basic understanding of database technologies like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL .etc
• Basic understanding and work experience with Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform. AWS Certification will be an added advantage
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Ability to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Basic scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Regexp, vb scripting, Python...etc will be an added advantage
• Experience and willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment
• The shift would be assigned based on a rotational basis including the weekly time off. The 6th working day would be scheduled based on the business requirement.
