Job Title IT Recruiter (Both Female & Male resources can be shared).

Location Samsung Gurgaon (Sec -43).

Client: SAMSUNG (Corporate Hiring).

Payroll: FCS

Max Budget: 45-46 CTC, if candidate is good the can give 50 CTC max

Only Immediate joiner max- 10-15 days (Cant consider 30 days official)

Job Description:-

• Handling Domestic staffing
• Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms.
• Good knowledge of technologies for IT Hiring, Stakeholder.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
