Order Project Leader - Pune - Tetra Pak - 10

You will have to drive a cross functional team, working on each order, as well as develop and maintain capabilities in the organisation. You will be a member of the order management team in Chakan, Pune.

This role is based in Chakan, India and will require some travelling.

As Order Project Leader, you will be responsible for -

• Lead and drive the customer order and secure that the agreed scope is delivered in time, at cost and in full.

• Communicate with Tetra Pak global stakeholders and stakeholders in different export Market.

• Lead and coordinate multiple teams to deliver according to plan

• Participation in Product Creation - core product transfer project.

• Collaboration with Sales Support team, Product Management team, Business Experts and Global Engineering Project Management resources,

• Drive and continuously improve OFCE processes related to order management.

• Secure the financial result and analyze it

• Drive activities to improve the quality of the order processes and variation order handling.

• Grow and maintain professional network with Clusters, Supplier Management, Production and other BULF organizations.

• Plan and follow up objectives/budget for the orders. Scope, cost, timeline and quality will be top deliverables.

We believe you have -

• Full Time Bachelor s degree or above in Engineering

• At least 10-12 years related work experience with Project Management or Order Project Leader.

• Experience from leading projects as well as work with financial planning and follow-up are a must.

• Experience from similar positions, working with customised product organisation, global/Oversee experience, working with Cross functional Export business, production planning, order planning and SAP R/3 are seen as valuable merits

• Experience in Liquid food industries is a plus.

• Good prioritizing and planning skill.

• Proficient level in both written spoken English.
