1.Title: Project Manager/ Scrum master
Job Location: Hitech City-Hyderabad
Timings : 04:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST
Notice : Immediate to 1 month
- Overall 10+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of the business implications of an Agile transformation
- Good experience in Azure DevOps Project management and JIRA project management
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
- Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
- Hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira Align, JIRA, Confluence, and others)
- Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude
- Strong familiarity with the principles of agile, business agility, and lean development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.)
- Advance the use of Agile and Scaled Agile practices
- Maintain plans, issues, risks program dashboards in Jira.
- Experience with Agile, Cloud Practices and Processes
- PMP certification
- Stay tightly integrated with assigned teams and actively remove impediments and blockers to software delivery teams.
- Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation and contingency plans; focusing on early mitigation or elimination of risks/issues.
- Provide written and verbal status reports for leadership levels
2. Project Manager - Chennai ( Preferred exposure to MVC/Angular tech stack)
Experience: 12+ Years
Domain: Preferably Field Service Management
Job Location: Chennai
Timings: 11.00 AM to 8.30 PM IST
Responsibilities:
o Complete customer front ending
o Manage AMC support within agreed SLAs
o Manage Enhancements and CRs
Subject-specific skills
o Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
o Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
o Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall alignment to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
o Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
o Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
o Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
o Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
o Monitor team performance and complete performance reviews
o Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
o Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
o Demonstrate a functional insight to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
o Manage project scope and changes
o Act as an internal quality control check for the project
o Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
o Support pre-sales initiatives on the domain / technology involved-in
o Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
o Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
o Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
o Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CEO and key stakeholders o Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
o Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle
