Position: Ecommerce Perfomance Engineer

Qualification: Any graduate

JD:

1. Own the e-commerce vertical with P&L responsibility. Develop relationships with ecommerce teams of various companies and Gits website; jointly develop ecommerce sales plans with account sales managers. Design campaigns, promotions and offers and run them on all portals, keeping in mind the P&L. - Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels - Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics 2. Meeting the top line sales objective for the National Accounts with expertise of handling online portal sellers like Amazon, Big Basket etc. 3. Overall responsible for sales to these accounts for the PAN India. Having all GITS products listed in the platforms, maintaining hygiene across all portals. 4. Ensuring stock availability with a high degree of forecasting accuracy. Devising marketing strategy for with key portals. 5. Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for the National Accounts. Set annual targets for all these accounts. 6. Build a relationship with Ecommerce partners/distributors to get efficient terms of trade (TOT). 7. Drive profitability improvements for E-commerce. Challenge the existing route to market model and suggest ways of reducing cost in the same. 8. Executing social plans with the social marketing team.
