Job description, Role & Responsibilities as follow for your reference:

• Preferred Graduates with 6 Months-1+ Year of International BPO or Domestic BPO Experienced candidates.
• The Ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skill and would be open to work under regular and rotational Shifts.
• Preferred Talent from any of the BPO Blended, Web/Access Chat agent, Email Process and Voice Process.
• Should have experience in resolving the client's queries over the Call, Web/Access Chat and Email.
• Looking for the Talent who has the ability to Provide World Class Customer Service, maintains Accuracy and can End to Transaction of Reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
• Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements
• Talent should have technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis and resolve the issues/queries and achieve customer delight.
• The Talent should have experience providing support over the Calls, Web/Access Chat, and Email support to Internal and External End Users.
• Candidate should have a good attitude - should be committed to the work

Basic information for candidates:

a) Company level: CMMI Level BPOs/KPOs

b) Note: Offer will be released to the qualified candidates on the spot.

c) Salary: Best in Industry and no bar for the right Talent.

d) Shifts: Day Shift (Sometimes Rotational Shifts)

e) Preferred only the Graduates / Master Graduates.

f) Note: The shortlisted Talents must go through an Amcat online test mandatory.
