Job Description
: As a CEO and MD, lead the various consulting functions and closely work with the global leadership team for expanding business. Handle various facets of business like capability development, business strategy, profitability, recruitment, etc. Build and expand practices as per business requirements.Client Details :

Description :
As a CEO & MD for the consulting practice, you'll be responsible for :
- Business strategy and key decision-making on practice expansion and sustainability.
- Leading the development of the company's short- and long-term strategy.
- Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors, vice presidents, and presidents.
- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
- Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
- Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.
Profile :
- Looking for professionals with 15+ Yr experience at a Director/Partner/VP positions
- Prior experience of a consulting organization is a must.
- Have worked on core business strategy and have revenue targets.
- Handled capability enhancements and worked in multiple industries.- Must have handled recruitment functions and have a direct reporting structure.
- MBA/ Post Graduation is mandatory.
- Flexible to relocate to Gurgaon and lead the business on the ground.
