Job Description

Role: Senior Manager

Location: Guwahati

JD include but not limited to:

Business development across North East and building strong and effective business relationships.

IT consultancy services such as assisting clients in identifying problems and developing suitable solutions.

Handling operations management, vendor management, public procurement management, contract management etc.

Documentation including drafting of concept notes, proposals, RFPs and other tender documents

Handling process improvement in business operations Business process re-engineering, As-Is process, To-Be process, Gap analysis, Impact analysis, Root cause analysis, developing insights.

Work in multiple initiatives within NISG as well as in those specific to client engagement

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Engineering and MBA

12 to 15 years of experience working with technology or a management consulting firm.

Experience of working in Government sector, preferably with the Government of Assam in the capacity of Consultant/Project Manager/etc.

Experience of working directly in client environment with good business development and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in process reengineering & redesign, or as Business Analyst in an IT project, or as product manager in application software design & development

Experience of handling public procurement with proven expertise in drafting DPR, RFP, EOI etc.

Experience in risk management, project management, and building strong and effective business relationships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation

Ability and willingness to travel and work in any location in North East for short- or long-term assignment.
