Responsibilities:

• Process all Travel & Expense (T&E) related items manually as well as through Concur for reimbursements, Employee expenses mail management and query resolution.
• Check employee expenses invoices for accuracy/validity and process in systems - Excel, Concur & NetSuite
• Review and process expense transactions daily ensuring proper coding in accounting system.
• Check employee expenses ensuring adherence to policy and follow-up with employees regarding approvals, non-compliant expenses, and approaching or missed deadlines.
• Guide employees on correcting and submitting expense transactions.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Travel and Expense system, Concur, and continued training to stay up to date with the system.
• Assist in the identification and system / process resolution of issues and process improvement opportunities.
• Performs other duties comparable to the above.
• SAP Concur Employee administration - Create users, assign Concur roles, update users.
• Concur Processing & Reporting - create, run and schedule Concur reports for business
• Concur Configuration changes - Initial Implementation, Maintain Tax/VAT changes, travel allowance/per diem, and other rates as necessary.
• Expert in the use of CONCUR system functionality.
• Running and using tools within Microsoft Excel to gather information from Concur reporting
• Assists with generation/maintenance of ER's procedures/training manuals and training of department's staff as needed.
• Assist with financial analyst requests, as needed.
• Provide ad-hoc Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Audit support.

Qualifications:

• 6 - 8 years of experience in IT industry and employee expenses management.
• 2 - 3 years of Concur Expense management implementation experience in a functional stream.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Concur and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must have Attention to detail, high level of accuracy & confidentiality.
• Must be detailed oriented & can multi-task.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment.
• Analytical & critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members & members of other departments.
