Hello,

We have an opportunity in one of the leading Manufacturing Company

Qualification: Graduation + CA 

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience in Accounts Finalization

Industry: Manufacturing Industry preferred

Job Role:

Monthly Closure of Trial Balance - Activities to ensure performance of company for particular month can be ascertained.
Preparation of Provision for Expenses Monthly working.
Coordination with factory inventory team to identify their problems at factory levels & providing solutions for the same ensuring inventory accounting is completed regularly.
Prepaid Expenses monthly working.
Clear Control Accounts of Balance sheet & P&L.
Follow up for missing Purchase Invoices - Identify the invoices which aren't booked and follow with factories to get them booked.
Maintaining FA Register - Updation of FA register maintained in Excel and calculation of depreciation.
Team Handling - Resolving queries of Payment Team and bill booking Team.
Stock valuation - Preparation of Monthly Stock Valuation.
Stock & Debtor Statement for bank - Monthly stock and debtors statement has to be sent to bank for maintenance of CC limit.
MIS Reports - 1) Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, 2) CWIP report, 3) Cash Flow Statement, 4) Any ad hoc report required by management.
Providing TDS data to Compliance team - Cross checking TDS deducted for the month and provide the final working of TDS return.
Solving Audit Queries.
Finalization of Yearly Accounts - Preparing the Final accounts of the companies as per applicable schedules.

Relevant experience of 4-5 years in manufacturing company of 400-500 crores sales and have worked on ERP.
