QA Engineer / Sr. QA Engineer @ Estee Advisors

- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing applications using Java script or any other object oriented programming language.
- Knowledge of web services and implementing APIs
- Experience with automation of web based applications using any of the tool like Coded UI, Selenium, QTP or Protractor etc.
- Knowledge of mobile platforms such as Android, iOS, Windows Phone and ability to automate Mobile application using tools like Appium, UI Automator/ADB, SeeTest or any other tool will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge about SQL / PL-SQL, stored procedures and SQL Server database
- Powershell and batch scripting knowledge will be added advantage
- Experience with XCode, UI Automator on MAC will be good to have.
- Experience with IDE like Visual studio and Eclipse
- Strong knowledge on QA processes and methodology, with ability to create excellent test cases
- Have sound knowledge on Regression testing, security testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, system testing, UAT etc.

Responsibilities:

- Quickly develop a good understanding of the functionality of all applications and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing or that are reported by customers
- To work as part of Agile team for new application development and/or improving existing applications to meet the changing needs of the business. Assignments may include application design and development, coding for enhancements and fixes, testing, maintenance and support.
- Writing various utilities to help implementing automation testing and configuring test infrastructure.
- Code and unit tests application programs and modules.
- Participate in design and implementation of applications and test framework.
- Create and execute test cases to verify the correct functionality, usability, performance and reliability of systems and applications
- Create bug reports for anomalies found during testing
- Work closely, collaboratively and communicates effectively with project stakeholders, engineers, and managers
- Take initiative and ownership, perform as a mentor and help build a positive, productive teamwork
