Experience:

4-5 years of experience in similar role

Experience in supporting multiple leaders
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calendar & Travel Management
1.Manage daily/weekly/monthly agenda, meetings and appointments for Leaders & the Team.
2.Make local travel arrangements within the defined policy and ensure it is well organized with point to point pick drop & stay as relevant.
3.Facilitate all Leaders for Domestic & International Travel requirements, arrange visa, Tickets & bookings and all other required support.
4.Pre & Post setup and dismantling of Video conferencing Zoom & Microsoft Teams, Managing different time zones.
5.Prepare, process and track (T&E /BRE) travel & other expenses of the Leaders, collecting original submitting them for processing and affirming the transfers to Leaders
Administrative support to three leaders
6.Coordinate day to day requirements in terms of supplies for Leaders (stationery, visiting cards, give away etc)
7.Manage personal awards, recognitions, vouchers, give-aways, food orders etc. as needed for the leaders and teams
8.Ensure approvals are taken, processes completed, and PO's for service and material are released in advance according to delivery schedule
Team engagement/Meetings/Workshops/International visits
1. Plan and Organize team engagements activities overlooking location dcor, food & celebration (Birthday celebrations, Farewell and Recognitions)
2. Coordinate & support the international & domestic visit of Yum Partners by aligning office meetings, dinning & evening get together.
3. Coordinate and organize smooth and hassle-free arrangements for Global visits.
