Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Required: 0-5 years
Salary Offered: Rs 2.5-5 LPA + Incentives (Best In Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Maintain and update listings of available properties

Key Skills Required

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 - 5 years' relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales or similar field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Friendly and personable demeanour
• Key Parameter-Great communication and good outbound sales experience
• Candidate has to be smart and presentable should in English & Hindi
• Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office/Word/ Excel
• Must have his own conveyance (Two/ Four Wheeler)
