What you will be required to do
We are an IT software company and have designed a product that is suitable for restaurant and other leisure industry partners. In this role, you will be working with the management to create strategies to recruit consumers and suppliers to join our services. You will have around 5 people to manage. This would involve presentations in shopping malls, creating E-Commerce recruitment, getting onboard restaurants and other suppliers. There will be a small team of staff who would support you in these tasks. Training will be provided. Your job will be based in our modern offices in the Makarba area of Ahmedabad. This job has a good possibility with more Management roles to play in the future so needs to be someone that is looking for a long-term career move.
Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience as a sales manager with proven team management experience.
Relevant experience within the hospitality domain is preferable
Experience of cold calling and very good telephone etiquette
Able to conduct a demo for suppliers/clients in person and online.
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external executives and be capable of contributing and influencing key commercial and contracting decisions
Experience leading teams with a good executive presence.
Solid experience managing complex issues and understanding main business principles
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Contract Management professionals providing services on an account or portfolio of accounts
Experience in procurement, contract management, business development is a must.

Leader as well as team player, should be able to work well with executives and non-executives
Build trust-based relationships by delivering on commitments.
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and an ability to provide appropriate advice.
Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation
Hands-on knowledge on Salesforce will be an added advantage
Education and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred
Training will be provided.
