Job Description

Position :Associate Documentation (on ThirdParty Payroll)

Company: Manufacturing Industry

Location: Nashik, Maharastra

Qualification : Diploma / Graduate

Experience : 0 - 2 years

Skill Set:

1.Computer skill MS-OFFICE

2.Communications skill ( English & Hindi & Marathi )

3.Diploma / BSC Computer

4.Preference for Male Candidate

Responsibilities:

Generates, issues, controls and closes of all maintenance Work Orders.
Evaluates approved Work Orders and checks for all necessary documentation to process the Work Order.
Processes requests for documentation.
Prepares reports to outline maintenance timing schedules.
Generates standardized reports from the reporting application tool.
Provides support to the engineering quality systems department for the completion of investigations and/or quality systems action items.
Receives, files and controls all maintenance documentation such as equipment manuals, calibration maintenance forms, corrective, preventive, predictive, and event Work Orders using established procedures.
