Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
PROJECTS
- Responsible to work on strategic matters related to Projects, work on project baselines, monitoring and controlling the project progress with respect to quality, cost, resource management, time overruns, etc. to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
- Design Project budgets and manages overall Project Progress for executing civil / MEP / Interior projects within cost & time norms.
- Prepare master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, Cash flow projections and budgets.
- Supervise all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
- Responsible for liaison with business heads /Consultants / Architects / Government officials (if required).
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the implementation of departmental standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance at all units.
- Ensure the preventative maintenance program is in place at all units for the effective operation of all the mechanical, electrical systems, and all other equipment.
- Prepare proper departmental analysis reports/data for the senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls, and the operational efficiency of all the units.
- Implements energy and water management systems to minimize wastage and costs. Evaluate, control and record energy usage and implement and upgrade energy conservation systems
- Provide a professional, advisory, and support service to the Unit Heads of Engineering of all units .

- Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers in order to exceed their expectations
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain all services and facilities to guests
TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for team building and providing effective leadership to realize the potential of every member of the team for quantifiable results & helping in the career development of team members.
- Identify training needs and impose appropriate training in the department to enhance performance through multi-skilling.

- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering , Pre-Opening experience, New Project execution in addition to handling of Hotels operations are recommended to apply. Candidate should possess B.E/B.tech - Electrical/Mechanical qualification.
