Job Description
:JD Brand Marketing Manager (Private Labels)
Role Summary:
- The incumbent would be responsible to develop the brand architecture and brand strategy playbook.
- Own key success metrics and analyze performance.
- Handpick the right business partners (creative agency / digital agency ) and build a strong relationship with them.
- Creative execution of the strategy through branding and communication.
- Extend brand imagery into the entire customer experience from merchandising, packaging, service to build a differentiated experience and create delight.
- Identify non-traditional levers to activate the brand e.g.: Influencer, Events, Engagement.
- Build Cause Marketing as a key pillar of the brand.
- Develop high-impact pitch presentations/ AVs to bring the proposition alive with key stakeholders for developing a deep consumer understanding of triggers and barriers for online shopping across categories.
- Deliver on business goals of GMV, units, share and traffic by building brand equity/ recall, customer pull, traffic and conversions.
- Independently leading, managing and delivering on key projects.
Desired Background:
- Candidates with an MBA in marketing.
- Beauty and personal care experience will be a plus.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, communication.
- Experience in e-commerce will be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Project & stakeholder management.
- Understanding of Brand positioning, communication development, Digital & Social Marketing.
- Creative (Copy & Visual) thinking & assessment.
- Startup experience is an advantage.
Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 Institute (2019-2020 batch).
