Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for driving exponential growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) in large enterprise accounts, especially in the process industries like Steel, Cement, Chemicals, Metals Mining, Tyres, Paper Pulp, etc
  • Create and Manage Demand (pipeline), Mature(opportunities) and Execute opportunities (Closures)
  • Create Manage a stakeholder map for continuous engagement
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Run a business cadence covering Deal Management, Demand Management, Forecasting and Pipeline Management
  • A team player who can collaborate across cross-functional teams like Presales, Customer Success, Post sales teams to deliver value to the customer
  • Ability to present clear vision through a deep understanding of the customer s strategic priorities and aligning with IU s Solution Offerings to ensure a common goal and agenda regarding Industry 4.0 and future of digitization of factories the value drivers

Qualifications / Skills:

  • BE - : Mechanical / Production/ Instrumentation / Automation / Control system preferred.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in sales in which at least 5 years out of total experience is required in enterprise selling with process manufacturing industries (Power, Food, Pharma, Chemical, Steel, Cement etc.)
  • IIT/IIM/ISB background will be preferred
  • Understanding of Enterprise Sales with direct engagement with clients
  • Understanding of Cloud business model and run a Land, Adopt, Consume, Expand model with clients
  • Should have strong business acumen and is accomplished at solving business problems
  • Should have experience in Stakeholder management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi local language are a must
  • Strong leadership skills, outcome-oriented thinking
  • Good contacts in the process manufacturing sector
  • Excellent networking, influencing skills to win business
