VAM Systemsis a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Servicescompany.VAM Systems is currently looking for Treasury Systems specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions
Qualifications (Educational/Professional):
Master degree on computer science
Knowledge/Skills:
Must Have : Good functional and technical skills in MCC Diapason and sage business exchange tools.
Nice to have : good functional skills on Hyperion Planning
Strong background on IT.
Good knowledge on SQL.
Service- now and ITIL knowledge.
Knowledge on the Middleware (ideally Biztalk).
Knowledge on the MDM concept.
Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues.
Strong organization skills and autonomy.
Languages : Must have : fluent level in English ; nice to have : professional language in French
Experience:10 years experience on IT.
DUTIES
Escalation point for incidents (yourself or coordination with other team) on application portfolio using Service-now tool
Act as owner of incidents (reporting to the delivery manager)
Coordinate delivery tasks on treasury projects
Coordinate the different IT team (infrastructure, data, security, ERP .)
Write detailed specifications for changes or projects and support the user during the UAT.
Maintain technical materials (technical cartography, administration guide)
Develop specific reports and rules on MCC diapason.
Configure SBE (i.e. : new payment method, new bank, new accounts.)
Contribute to the acceptance of the solution
Contribute to all internal controls and external audit if needed
The application manager has in his/her scope mainly the applications Diapason (Cash Management), Sage Business exchange (Bank communication tool) and custom application based on Hyperion (treasury reporting) and also all flows associated (currency rates, AP, accounting module, Bank statement ....).
Main responsibilities:
-Responsible for Level 2/3 Support (incidents) on treasury applications and the best practices.
-Responsible for small enhancements, services delivery & operations according to defined standards and methods.
-Responsible for vendor's relationship management supporting treasury applications.
-Responsible for specifications and cartography and coordinate with IT Teams for any development on the application as well as the data flows between treasury applications and other systems.
-Responsible knowledge transfer and the task card to Level 1.
-Able to build reports or rules in the treasury application if necessary.

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Banks in UAE.
