HR Generalist must ensure that all HR Operation Processes i.e. Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance and all Statutory compliances ( Including ESI/ PF/ Contracts etc where ever applicable) are handled efficiently.
He/ She should have hands on experience on reports, PPT and PMS (Performance Management System).
The candidate must be ensuring good track and relationship with all the associates at site to ensure that the associate are excited about the company.
The candidate should coordinate with the department heads and process the calculation of the performance, pay components of salary of the associates and advice the same to accounts for release of rewards.
Generate weekly & monthly review deck PPT & dashboards, attrition report, quality performance report & Monthly MIS.
Designing of Job Description.
Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after understanding the requirements.
Managing initial round of Interviews via phone or in personal.
Coordinating with hiring managers and client partners for interview schedules, responsible for taking follow up for feedback and further process.
