Design, develop & manage the go to market plan for the business using a mix of marketing
strategies and programs events & webinars, product & thematic campaigns, content
marketing etc.
Develop digital and offline programs to drive an effective lead pipeline and manage the
customer lifecycle for the businesses
Develop product messaging that differentiate CRISIL's solutions from others in the market
Oversee the production and maintenance of all sales materials, blogs, website, and social
media posts
Build suitable marketing alliances with non-conflict third parties and industry bodies to
enhance lead generation as well as the branding agenda of the businesses
Maintain strategic market & competitive intelligence - continuously gain insights into
customer behavior , untapped opportunities and user personas
Manage response to customer surveys like NPS and effectively analyze customer feedback,
current market conditions/market requirements
Maintain strong relationships with the business to understand their priorities and expectations
and keep them abreast with latest developments pertaining to market, competition, media
and trade bodies
Manage databases and maintain timely MIS, reviews and dashboards
