System Analyst - (22000429)Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Learns to independently execute essential duties and functions. Conducts unit and system testing for complex deliverables and/or corporate projects. Assists Test Coordinator with the assessment and assignment of test deliverables. Reviews relevant documentation to identify appropriate test approach and ensures testing activities meet stakeholder expectations. Serves as the liaison between the Testing Unit and test stakeholders. Works to resolve issues and roadblocks.
Key Skills :
Develop and document test plans, scenarios, and test cases expected and actual results; review results for accuracy; communicate findings.
Learn to and become proficient at defining acceptance criteria, developing test plans, and preparing recommendations for consideration by management.
Gather and review relevant documentation.Work with stakeholders to define scope of testing,Assess testing needs
Assign deliverables as appropriate
Support the Test Coordinator by serving as the Test Liaison and providing guidance to the System Test Specialists.
Good communication
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure critical components and variables are considered in testing approach
Make recommendations for testing system or process changes to address current business needs.
Prior experience in software testing.
Acquire through a combination of on the job training, classes or seminars good working knowledge of all the following CPT-4, HCPCS, ICD10 -CM and hospital revenue codes, CMS 1500 and UB04 claim forms.
Ability to understand and interpret system requirements, research and analyze test case data.
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
Must be able to prioritize work.
