They have over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of instrumentation fittings, valves, manifolds, DIN pipe clamps and SAE flanges
Designation: Business Analyst
Location: : Marine Lines | Mumbai( Near by Station)

Salary Range: Up to 8 Lacks
Qualifications : ICWA or CMA (Certified Management Accountant.)

Job description:
Handling MIS / Sales and Financial analysis / Projections / Maintaining the data bank and documents for the company / managing compliance.
- Assisted in Valuation Assigments, Mergers and Acquisitions, carried out due diligence and successfully helped in negotiating various deals.
- Carried out Buy back assignments.
- Consolidation of Financial statements.
- Interacting with Auditors.
- Keeping a track on Competitors in the Industry.
- Review forecast/budget submissions and perform an independent challenge to improve accuracy of forecasts.
- Assisted Investment Bankers for raising capital.
- Analyze spending trends and provide recommendation.
- Prepare Month end reports by analyzing Revenue and Expense variances to targets and assist the finance business partner.
- Support business teams to track and evaluate performance of monthly key volume drivers to forecast and budgets.
11 Provide advisory and consultative support to team on finance related areas including accounting policies and other compliance requirements
