Manager Process Excellence (Pharma /) @ CareerNet

Job Description

Looking for Process Excellence Manager / Senior Manager candidate with an experience from Pharma / Lifescience background specifically from R&D setup. The incumbent will be working at an Individual Contributor capacity. Experience can be ranging from 8-15 years for these roles.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving process excellence projects using CI framework, tools, resources and methodology.
  
• Engage and work closely with GCC functional leaders to drive process excellence projects.
  
• Identify improvement/efficiency opportunities across all processes managed within GCC, working closely with the PEX Lead, Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Technology Product Owners (TPOs) and their teams.
  
• Perform diagnoses and select the most appropriate tool for determining root cause.
  
• Support PEX Lead and Sr. PEX Manager in Implementing engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with agreed methodology across the process excellence initiatives within the GCC.
  
• Consistently report and review process excellence projects performance to the PEX Lead.
  
• Engage with the wider Company process excellence and external process excellence communities to drive best practices and learnings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have an experience from Pharma / Lifesciences background or from Consulting working with Pharma / Lifesciences client specifically from R&D set up and not manufacturing side.

Relevant experience in Pharma / Lifesciences industry or clients must be minimum 3+ years.
