Roles and Responsibilities
Primary role will be of sales of roof top solar EPC system. The candidate will have to travel regularly and also at times out of city.
To handle customer queries related to Solar system installation and related technology.
Conduct initial site visit and asses the feasibility of installing Solar system to discuss with the customer.
To understand the customer's need and offer appropriate solution.
Prepare proposals/quotations.
Follow up on enquiries and close the order.
Co-ordinate with the Operations team.
Customer relationship Management.
He has to be instrumental in generating leads by implementing the marketing plan/activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification- Graduate (degree/ diploma)
He should be updated with latest technologies and Govt. Policies related to the field of Solar Photovoltaics.
Prior sales experience will be preferred.
He should be well versed with Gujarati, & hindi.
He should be highly self-motivated and hardworking.
Good verbal and written communications skills with customers.
He should have good convincing and negotiating skills to close the order.
He should have right positive attitude, be a team player and open to learning.
Knowledge of computer technology and be proficient in MS office, Excel and Powerpoint.
Job Timings:
9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday).
Meetings and Site visits if required by customers might have to be done on Weekends.
Pre-requisites:
The candidate should have a 2 wheeler and a smart phone
Salary range : 10-20K Per month + TA+ DA depending on knowledge and experience
1. Shortlisted candidates will be directly taken to a mass training program by our team, which will be conducted at a suitable venue in the city.
2. This training will be for 7 days post which an offer letter will be given to the candidates, this date will be considered as joining date

6. Are you aware of the basic use of Email, Whatsapp, & google maps
7. How often do you check your home's electricity bill
8. Can you confidently give a presentation of a product
9. We will give you 5 - 6 leads per day in local areas of your city, you will have to visit them compulsorily and give a report to your head after the respective visit.
10. From the above leads given, according to you how many of those can you convert into an order
11. How will you create awareness of this product and convert them into successful orders
