The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for tracking, resolving and escalating
incidents to ensure the highest levels of availability and adherence to service level
agreements. Accountable for the technical and operational overview of Endpoints and
supporting applications for which support agreements with customers have been
constructed. This includes monitoring, correcting, and troubleshooting day-to-day issues
for all supported applications, mentoring L1 Engineers and resolving calls escalated y L1
Engineers. The technician is responsible for administering the systems and applications in
an operations role as determined and scheduled by operations documentation.
