Job Description
Dear Job aspirant,
We are hiring for the position of Assistant District Development Manager in a reputed life insurance company.
CTC : Upto 7.0 Lakhs per annum
Locations : Jhunjhunu, Bhilwara, Churu, Sriganganagar, Udaipur, Kota, Farrukhabad, Etah + Kasganj, Saharanpur, Etawah, Aligarh, Mathura, Meerut, Chhapra, Motihari, Nalanda, Devangere, Hassan, Bellary, Sangli, Aurangabad and Ahmednagar
Purpose of the position : -
Responsible for Revenue generation at Rural market with team handling district level.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Manage a team of Agency Development Managers on daily basis to meet or exceed business goals.
- Assist / Support Agency Development Managers with activity management and review their performance on a weekly basis.
- Communicate deadlines and goals to team members.
- Allocate resources, Assign Business and supervise activities of Agency Development Managers.
- Identify skill gaps and assist on joint calls with team members (both Agency Development Managers and Financial Advisors).
- Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed.
- Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
- Resolve all customer issues and ensure to provide outstanding customer services.
- Conduct performance evaluation of team members (both Agency Development Managers and Financial Adviors). And provide feedback for improvements.
- Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members.
- Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
- Build positive working and learning environment for team members.
- Assist in Financial Advisor recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
Ensure that teams follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Years of experience :-
- Min 6+years of experience in Rural / BFSI/MFI/NBFC/Distribution/FMCG ( Must have 1-2 years in Life Insurance in entire career profile )
- Should not be agency profile in previous employer.
- A person who has sales experience with Dealers and Distributors will be preferred. He can be working in any industry currently but must have at least 1 year of life insurance sales experience in the past.
Additional skills required :-
- Team handling
- Rural network connectivity
- Allotted district experience
Minimum stint with each company of 2yrs
Only male candidates are required who have age between 30 to 39 years
Must be a Graduate
His last job should be in a managerial role, managing a team of at least 10 sales managers.
Minimum stint in any company should not be less than 2 Years.
To have recruitment experience.
Should have worked in the entire district.
Rural Experience is a must
