Job Description
:- We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong academic and management credentials. The individual in this role will be assisting the GCEO in all strategic plan and decisions for the company .
- The candidate will interact and co-ordinate with all the business heads to support decision making for the GCEO.
Client Details : Our client is India's largest Contract Research and Manufacturing Organisation, they contribute to approximately 15% of the drugs/medicines consumed in India.
Description :
- End to end owning key strategic initiatives, stake holders & corporate relationships.
- Structuring ambiguous problems with business leaders to help unlock value.
- Generating data driven insights to support strategic decisions.
- Breakthrough thinking/ ideation for exponential impact in the organisation.
- Story lining and preparing critical strategy documents.
- Work on special/ strategic projects as requested, requiring a high level of project management& execution that might require establishing new connections or figuring best practices in making inroads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, data analysis, gleaning insights, etc
- Ability to exercise independent & proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work style, & especially open in expecting, accepting & implementing feedback and direction.- Interaction within the company ranks involves regular communication requiring interpretation, persuasion and discretionary skills. Requires daily contact with all levels of management, often dealing with confidential information.
Profile :
- 5 to 10 years of experience with a pedigreed consulting firm or pharmaceutical/ manufacturing company
- Good experience in one of the following :
1. Client facing role in top tier management consulting
2. Experience in Strategy and operations in a high growth start-up
3. Venture capital
Qualification : IIT/ IIM ( Preferred) , MBA from a premier institute
