:- Leadership and strategic position in a leading fintech startup
- Owner of the P&L for the India business.
- Role reports directly into the Managing Director, India
Client Details :
Our client is one of the largest non-bank provider of funding to businesses in the world.
Description :
- Owns P&L for the India business.
- Strategically focuses on the overall management of India Operations. Directly manages the supplier relationship and market operations teams.
- Manages and coordinates with multiple internal teams, including: sales, account management, data analytics and marketing teams to ensure all opportunities /issues/escalations/deliverables for the business are addressed.
- Identifies strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of the customer's business, married with company's software capabilities and strategy to optimize the customer's income growth.
- Coordinates with the Technical Services and Product Management organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.
Profile :
- 5 years+ of applicable experience in consulting, operations, or similar is required.
- MBA/PG from Tier 1 College
General knowledge, skills and abilities:
- High performer in all previous roles.
- Highly proficient at managing multiple initiatives and activities, ranging from simple to complex, simultaneously.
- Financial acumen and ability to discuss financial topics with senior financial team in customer organizations.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage and/or implement all phases of projects and tasks within the enterprise and with its customers.
- High degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the customer.
- Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
- Team player.
