Position:Area Key Accounts Manager (Modern Trade)
Location: - Bangalore / Pune
(Have to handled Entire West & South India)
1. Required Experience
Total experience (Year wise) : 3-6
Experience Work wise in capacity of :MT sales in ice-cream industry
Preferred Industry/ Company: Ice-cream
2. Job responsibilities:
Strive to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with all MT outlets and regional managers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
Maintain and update sales funnel and initiate sales reviews in conjugation with senior sales executives
Ensuring 90% + Fill Rates
Implement sales strategies
Generate offtakes from a mixed portfolio of accounts and reach sales target
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a territory
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Manpower productivity of the team
Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter react
Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
Training sales team to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
