Greetings From IGT Solutions- One Of The Leading BPM, Technology and Digital Services & Solutions for clients across industries.



We are looking for -

We require candidates who have experience in Customer service, Graduates or 12th Pass or any Diploma Holders. Salary 22 CTC, In hand Salary - 18,500/-.


Shift timing - Rotational shift including night shift 6 days of working and one day week off it will be rotational + incentives.


Process - Customer service(Blended)


Requirement:


Should be comfortable to WFO.

80% non voice 20% voice

Excellent Communication Skill in English and Hindi

min 6 month experience in customer service
