Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions a leading Global MNC in under ground Heavy Engineering Projects looking for

Network Engineer

Knowledge on configuration of Operating Systems Laptops/ Desktops.
Trouble shooting Network, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, VOIP Phones and Printer issues.
Following with vendor for laptop, PC hardware issues (DELL, Lenovo, HP and Extra).
Working on tickets based on priority, attend up-time calls and solve the issues at the earliest to meet the customer SLA.
Maintaining work tickets wise and handover to next level team.
Installing Server and Client Operating system.
Maintaining Active Directory.
Looking everyday Exchange and AD server space issue and Performance issues.
Enabling O365 licenses for users and configuring accounts.
Fixing outlook issues.
Maintaining Windows patch.
Migration Mailboxes from exchange to O365.
Creating User Accounts for New users.
Password resets in Active Directory.
Unlock user accounts in Active Directory.
Configuring outlook for new joiners.
Creating users mail creations in exchange server.
Installation and configuration Micro soft outlook.
Maintaining all conference rooms IT Equipment's (Projectors, Data ports, and monitors).
Maintaining IT asset inventory Laptops, Desktops, VOIP Phones, Monitors, Keyboard, Mouse and Extra.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Installation, Configuration and administrating windows (Client OS win-7, 8, 10 and Server OS).
Assembling, hardware up gradation troubleshooting.
Good knowledge in Bios Testing
Windows maintenance, dual booting, upgrade & update the windows.
Maintaining all windows server patches.
Installing Antivirus & Application software's.
Disk Management, partitions.
Printer installation and troubleshooting.
VoIP configuration and troubleshooting.
Basic Networking, Map drive, Data sharing. TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance.
Having good expertise in Laptop, PC H/W related issues communicate helpline maintain Call logging process with Lenovo, Dell and HP for service and part replacement.
Maintain daily check list process for Video and audio conference setup and Avaya VOIP phones.
Preparing Daily Reports, fortnight and Monthly reports.
Handling the escalations from the costumers.
Strictly ITIL process oriented and trained NOC personnel on daily operations.

LAN / WAN, Camera's.

Qualifications : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
CTC : Negotiable

Note : The position is available on Project site, Food and Bachelor Accommodation will be provided on Site.
Job Location : Katni Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh & New Delhi, Gurgaon, NCR.
