Job Description
Designation - Product Manager No. of Vacancy - 3 Salary - 30-45K Location - North Delhi (candidate should be flexible to change the location as per requirement) Job description of product owner 1. Product Max level ( planning of product stocks in organization ) creation of all the sores . 2. Monthly re checking of max level. 3. Monthly Creation Hari Om nlc ( net landing cost ), franchise nlc and store nlc of its product . 4. Informing accounts team about the monthly schemes and sell out support from vendors. 5. Monthly Reconciliations of Accounts with accounts head and all the vendors . 6. Maintaining zero defective stock of his product. 7. making defective reports through process coordinators. 8. Maintaining zero ageing stock. 9. Making ageing reports through process coordinators. 10. Verifying daily purchase orders with the purchase team. 11. Creation of Weekly sale target to section managers and their promoters team. 12. Follow up of sales targets with section managers and sales team. 13. Calculation on weekly gross profit. 14. Follow up ofgross pofit target with section managers and sales team. 15. Maintain the total stock value as per maximum limit. 16. evaluating the performance of all section managers, Hari om staff and promoters. 17. Sharing the brand promotes performance with brand ASM's . 18. Replacing non performing brand promoters. 19. Making sure there are sufficient sales staff at the store. 20. Evaluating store display and stock as per max level. 21. Checking the store price lists prints at floor make sure they are updated. 22. Random check of physical stock at store level. 23. weakly at visits to stores 24. No brand meeting on the shop floor. 25. Allbrand asm meetings to be done in the office , in the second half of the day. 26. Create sales incentives and slab schemes with approval from the sales head. 27. Organize floor training for all the brand Trainer at the shop floor. product owner --- kpi 1. Negative % Gross profit not achieved 2. Achieved sales target for cumulative last 4 weeks. 3. Number of brand max level not Recreated as per benchmark set. 4. Number of vendor accounts not Reconciled as per benchmark set. 5. Number of brand nlc not Re-created as per benchmark set. 6. Negative percentage of defective in total stock. 7. Negative percentage of ageing stock in total stock. 8. Negative percentage of Weekly sales target not archived. 9. Negative percentage of increase in stock value as per max limit. 10. Negative percentage of sales training organize target not archived.
