We have an opportunity in one of the leading Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
Position: An opportunity for Production planning ,Inventory and Control
Qualification: B.Sc,M.Sc,B.Pharma Pharmacy
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Industry Preferred Pharma / Biotech / FMCG
Job Role:
1. To assist in generating production related MIS.
2. To monitor physical production on shop floor
3. To coordinate between various department to facilitate faster production.
4. To create master production schedules and manufacturing orders as well as forecasting inventory requirements
5. To review sales forecasts and customer demands as well as scheduling production batches based on inventory levels and production time
6. Helping solve problems related to the production process through communication with the marketing department
7. To Ensure adequate levels of raw materials and finished goods
8. To maintain the level of raw materials needed for production will always be adequate
9. Better collaboration between sales (or marketing), procurement, and finance departments through systematic production planning, demand-based inventory levels, and accurate inventory reports
10. Should have good knowledge of MS office & excel and well versed with power point presentation
11. Should be expert in preparing MIS reports.
12. Should be open to learning new skills and techniques
