Job Responsibilities
Thermofisher's CIS organization is looking to hire an expert Data Analyst / Architect to support full data lifecycle for its Unified Communications portfolio. You will own and organize master data (SP Expenses, Chargebacks, Call/Session Quality, Colleague Productivity & Experience, CSAT) that will support multiple enterprise UC initiatives. You will also closely work with other Thermofisher organizations for reporting and validation.
Qualifications & Capabilities

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Data analysis, design and programming
• Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management and Carrier billing
• Understanding of Unified Communication and Data networking platform
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI
• Good communication and presentation skills
• AWS data management services
• Experience working in a global environment with customers across multiple geographies
