Roles and Responsibilities

having end to end expertise into record to report (R2R)

1. Revenue reconciliation principle, Fx revaluation process, Bank reconciliation statement.
2. Journal entries, prepaid expenses, accrual entries, fixed assets, deferred revenue expenditure, entries for credit sales and purchase, discounting entries, rectification entries.
3. Contingent liability and its treatment
4. Difference between depreciation and amortization
5. Dept provision, capital and general reserve
6. Fixed asset cycle & entries (capitalization, depreciation & sales)
7. Rectification entries, AR & AP invoice entries.
8. Golden rules of accounting
9. Basic exposure into Excel, pivot table, Vlook up, Filter/short keys
10. Trial balance
11. SAP experience is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile

8+ years accounting experience in a multinational environment. 4+ years GL accounting experience is a plus.

• 4-5 years of experience in General Accounting in SAP.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Shared Service Center or Outsourced Delivery Operations.
• Functional expertise in Journal Entry processing accruals, deferrals and prepayments
• Working knowledge of IC Accounting process, month-end closing cycle, P&L and Balance Sheet Review and

related analysis of variances.

SAP Experience is a must

candidates must be flexible to work in night shifts.
